3. Products and Pricing

• All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement apply.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
• We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Some products may have limited availability and may be subject to stock constraints. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an email order confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order, not a binding acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if: (a) the product is out of stock; (b) there is a pricing error; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) delivery to your location is not possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Payment

• We accept payment via Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.
• All transactions are processed securely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store your card details.
• Payment is due at the time of placing the order. Your order will only be confirmed and processed after successful payment.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in order confirmation emails. These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by courier availability, location, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you via the phone number provided. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
• Perishable food items that have been dispatched cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
